On-line Ordering Procedure:

KS Computers website has been designed to process your order promtly and save you time. If you have any problem please read our FAQs page or contact us.

1. Browse through our product selections for your desired item(s).
2. Add the item(s) to your cart by entering a quantity and clicking on the corresponding "Add" button.
3. To view or change you order, click on the shopping cart at the top of the page.
4. When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart again, fill in the relevant details on the order form, and please verify your order before checkout.
5. Our staff will process all orders within 24 hours.
6. You will be contacted to verify order and payment details.
7. You will then be notified via email when the product has left, with an ETA
8. We normally dispatch the goods within 1-2 working days or they will be ready for you to pick up at your nominated location.

No Minimum Order: Unlike many on-line stores who prohibit small transactions (eg. under $50 or $100), we impose no minimum purchase amount. If you need only 1 item, for example a printer cable that sells for $6, go ahead and order we won't stop you! We welcome all business, both big and small. However, there are restrictions on some items, ie OEM software. OEM software can only be purchased with a system, or at minimum a hard drive or motherboard.

Payment Terms: KS Computers is an Australian owned and Sydney based Computer Company. We are able to offer the lowest local prices as well as the most up to date products. No other store can beat us on service, we pride ourselves on our high level of repeat business and customer referrals. We may require a 30% deposit before ordering in expensive items that we don't carry in stock. Payment is always required in full before goods will be shipped (COD orders excepted). Freight Methods: We can send goods to you via these methods: · COD (Cash on delivery). Goods are sent via Australia Post. You pay $7.00 COD fee + normal postal charges. Fees are quite reasonable, however we will require a standard 30% deposit (by direct deposit/credit card) before the goods are shipped. This cost will be removed from the COD price. For example, to send a 5kg box to anywhere in NSW would cost $7.00 COD fee + $5.85 postage = $12.85. The postman will leave a card in your letterbox, take this to the post office along with some ID, and you can pay the remainder via cash or EFTPOS at the counter. Note: We can not send systems or monitors via COD, only parts due to size/weight limitations with Australia Post · Australian Air/TNT Express. Goods up to 5kgs only can be sent overnight via Australian Air. Cost is $12 for a 3kg bag, and $25 for a 5kg bag. Delivered normally before or by lunchtime next day. If you are not home a card will be left, and you will probably have to pick up goods from the local depot. Fastway road courier, please see Freight Charges section below for details.

It doesn't matter where you live, we can arrange freight to anywhere in Australia via Fastway courier. Freight charges are as per below (refer to map):· FREE (if you pick up yourself from KS Computers). ·Local (NSW Metropolitan) Rates: $10.00 per 25kgs (either same day or next day delivery depending on time ordered)

Order Confirmation: We will always fax, call or e-mail you with confirmation of pricing including freight. Freight charges are calculated and confirm by phone or e-mail when ordering online. Upon confirmation of direct deposit the goods will be sent, normally within 24 hours. COD orders will be shipped immediately if the goods are in stock. Warranty on goods is 12 months return to base (RTB) unless the manufacturer gives a longer warranty (eg. Dynalink Modems have a 5-year warranty).
